Recently had some work completed on my Dodge Truck . This company repaired a mistake a previous company made and they did an excellent job . My Truck runs great and no longer has a check engine light on . This group is prompt , honest , knowledgeable and does a great job . This is a strange review because I'm not evaluating there repair work but just the honesty of their staff. I brought my car in, I thought it was having transmission problems they figured out what the real problem was but it had nothing to do with the transmission. They didn't even charge me for their time. Other mechanics might have said there was something wrong and charged me to fix a non-existent problem. Just for their honestly I will definitely return to them if I ever have transmission issues again.
I set store by J&G Transmission, they do excellent work and don't try to gouge you on labor/parts cost, they don't try to upsell anything you don't need, they give you recommendations on what you should do within a certain time period but they don't pressure you to get something done that doesn't need it at the time you visit, very professional and friendly, there is a customer waiting area with coffee & hot chocolate, there are a few children's books and several magazines for adults to read, seating for at least 4 occupants, there is a water machine for hot or cold water depending on what you want...Love coming here, These guys are Great!!!
I had a great experience with J&G transmission. I had an issue with shifting took it in and they had me on the road in less than a half an hour. Very smart guys there. They know their stuff. Also they have the cleanest waiting and restrooms I have ever seen.
Although I didn’t have anything rebuilt or Replaced. I recommend this shop they just helped me out with a 5 min job other shops wanted to charge $100 to $200 for. They did it free of charge they listened to what I had to say about the issue and discussed it with me which is very uncommon these days. Will definitely be my go to shop if I ever need work done.
They were great to work with. Competitive pricing, and got my Dodge viper running exactly how it should after putting a new clutch in and doing a few other things. Would recommend for sure.
Trans was having some issues on my 06 Cummins with a 48re In it. Called and they told me to swing it by anytime and they would look at it and not charge a diagnostic fee and then we can move forward from there if I wanted. They dropped the pan and found a couple issues. They called and I said get it fixed. They had my truck done within 48hrs and the price was fair. They didn’t tack on a bunch of miscellaneous fees either. This is a good honest shop and I will have no hesitation on using them for any future transmissions problems. Thanks J&G
This place is reliable and will do their best to help with your repairs. Friendly and very honest. My gearshift knob was stuck and they checked it out and didn’t charge me. This does not happen very often in this day and age. I highly recommend them Nancy Linky
Very good place for transmission repair, installed a heavy duty clutch and repaired the transmission on my 96 ram diesel last year, I lost 5th gear march 27 in western Wyoming I called brad he said to bring it in and they would check it out I dropped it off at their shop Thursday afternoon brad called Friday morning about 10:00 it was ready to go everything was covered under warranty even the part that failed fantastic bunch of people highly recommend this business 🫡👍👍

The transmission in our Promaster died so I took it to J&G. They were honest and easy to deal with and seemed to have good prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest transmission shop. One small note, there is a 3% charge for using a credit card. While this isn't uncommon, 3% on what will likely be a very large bill isn't insignificant, so plan accordingly. Not a complaint, just a heads up when you go to pay.

Cannot thank these guys enough! They were able to get us back up and running in about a week. They did a full transmission rebuild, changed the entire coolant hose line, and to top it off changed one of our front wheel bearings! Are they the cheapest.. I have no idea but these guys are great and professional and quick! Thanks guys!
They were fantastic to deal with. We had vehicle troubles on the road on our holiday, they got us in right away. They were very professional and honest. They read the codes and test drove our truck free of charge, and sent us on our way with some good advice.
I had purchased a transmission and torque converter from Monster Transmission, the first transmission had 2 cracks in the bell housing, the 2nd transmission wouldn't shift into drive. J & G to the rescue. They diagnosed it and found the builders used the wrong snap ring and the torque converter was bad. J & G kept me updated on what was going on the entire time, had great customer service from everyone in the office and the techs, and got my 34 Ford truck up and running like a champ! Thanks J & G! I definitely recommend!!
Great shop, fast turn around time, fast diagnostic time. Had my rav4 for only one week to replace the whole transmission. Only billed 12 hours for what was an 18 hour job at other shops.

Fast and efficient. I had to have my transmission rebuilt. I have a 2000 Acura TL. Not only did J & G give me a very good price on my transmissions rebuild but their service was excellent and extremely fast. Two days and i had my car back and it’s running great!
